Company·Atlanta, GA

A small team, building the operating network the healthcare workforce never had.

Four founders, a circle of clinical and go-to-market advisors, and a clear conviction: the people who keep healthcare running deserve to prove themselves once, and the facilities who hire them deserve proof they can trust.

We watched qualified people sit idle for weeks while the same facts got re-checked, in parallel, by everyone, with no memory between them.

It is a strange kind of waste: nobody disputes the credentials, yet the system insists on rebuilding the proof from zero every single time. Workers wait. Units stay short. Patients feel it.

Rōvn exists to fix the memory problem. Verify once, prove it with a receipt, and let that trust travel. Rōvn is not a staffing agency and never makes a hiring, credentialing, or privileging decision, the facility does. We are building it carefully, from Atlanta, with people who have lived both the clinical and the operational sides of this.

Founders

The four founders building Rōvn.

Healthcare sales, EHR and payer engineering, security infrastructure, and data pipelines — the exact four surfaces credentialing breaks on.

Giles-Evan Mboumi
Giles-Evan Mboumi
Co-founder & CEO
Designed and deployed Rōvn's verification architecture (in production on a synthetic corpus; no real roster has run through it yet, pre-launch by design). Three years in healthcare commercial sales at Boehringer Ingelheim, built BOVYN, a real-time futures trading system he coded himself, and led operations for a company holding government contracts across France, Gabon, and the US. His family are nurses, the reason Rōvn exists.
Christian Montgomery
Christian Montgomery
Co-founder & COO
Built Rōvn's deployed attestation pipeline as founding engineer (in production on a synthetic corpus, pre-launch). B.S. Cybersecurity, Kennesaw State, 3.96 GPA, and ran security and systems infrastructure for 200+ users. Owns operations, finance, delivery, and security.
Abhishek Jha
Abhishek Jha
Chief Technology Officer
Has shipped 50+ products and built a 15-million-record data pipeline that took a multi-day job down to about 90 minutes. Brings the data-infrastructure depth the verification engine runs on (today on a synthetic corpus, pre-launch).
Gokul Kaarthick Shanmugan

Chief Product Officer
Built the EHR and payer systems Rōvn's buyers live in every day — Software Engineer II at Athenahealth, earlier an engineer at Aetna on the payer side. Owns product.
Advisors & counsel

People who have done the work, in our corner.

Dr. Danielle K. Miller
Clinical advisor · DNP, RN
Clinical and credentialing perspective. Keeps the product honest about how verification actually works at the bedside and in the medical staff office.
Dr. Mohammed Quadri
Advisor · Healthcare strategy · MD, MBA
Health-system strategy and operations, with two decades of healthcare and healthcare-AI experience. Pressure-tests how Rōvn lands inside real provider organizations.
Aki Hashmi
Advisor · Strategy & GTM
Strategy and go-to-market. Helps shape how Rōvn reaches facilities and earns its first design partners.
Jason Thomas Acevedo
Counsel
Legal counsel. Helps hold the firewall line, including the consumer-report and equal-opportunity boundaries the product is built around.
Where we are
Building, pre-launch, from Atlanta, Georgia. We are designing a small design-partner program for the facilities who will help shape the product, none signed yet.
How we build
Honestly. AI operates the workflow. Source systems prove the facts. Humans make every regulated decision. We say HIPAA-aligned, not compliant, and we label illustrative data. The product reflects how we work.
