Pricing, in the open.
Rōvn is the operating network for the healthcare workforce — verify a clinician once, reuse everywhere.
Transparent plans for facilities, while the rest of the market makes you ask. Workers are free, always. Start with Readiness and grow into the full Operator.
Worker-owned, portable, consented. Every worker your facility hires can carry one. Workers never pay.
Your roster, continuously monitored, answering the six readiness questions with a source receipt behind each one. The cheapest way in.
The full engine: recruiting, credentialing, PSV, readiness, deployment. Then $10K to $20K a month as you scale across roles and units.
Multi-site, health-system, governance and source-access heavy. Built around your scale, with the Verified API for your own apps.
Four steps from first call to running.
Four numbers your CFO can hold us to.
Every Readiness engagement reports weekly against the same four KPIs. Capability shown to date runs on a synthetic 43-role × 51-jurisdiction × 36-source corpus; your pilot is the first real roster. No vanity metrics, just the cost of credentialing drag, measured.
The questions your GC and CISO will ask.
Is there a BAA?
Yes. A Business Associate Agreement is available to every facility partner before any data moves. Our posture is HIPAA-aligned; we do not claim certification, because no authority issues one.
What PHI do you touch?
Credential metadata, not clinical records. Licenses, certifications, registry results, expirations. PHI minimization is the design: clinical data does not move through Rōvn.
Who makes the decisions?
People at your facility. AI operates the workflow. Source systems prove the facts. Humans make every regulated decision — every credentialing, privileging, hiring, and deployment call is made by a named human on your side. Rōvn never places, schedules, employs, or rejects a worker, and charges no placement, commission, or success fee. It is not a staffing agency. We are the verification rail; the facility hires directly.
Where does our data live?
US-region AWS under a signed BAA, with a hash-chained, source-receipted audit log retained for seven years. Sub-processors (identity, background, source authorities) are disclosed and individually under BAA.
What is the implementation lift?
Readiness starts from a roster import. No EHR integration is required to begin; your team can be looking at its own roster the same week.
What does pre-launch mean for us?
You would be among the first paid pilots, with a direct line to the founders, weekly KPI reporting, and product input. We say this plainly instead of pretending otherwise.
SOC 2 status?
SOC 2 Type I is in progress with Drata. We will share the report with partners when the audit completes. NCQA CVO alignment is also in progress.
Is there lock-in?
No auto-conversion and no multi-year lock-in. Pilots end when they end; you keep your data, and workers always own their own records.
Do workers ever pay?
Never. The Worker Passport is free for workers, always, and shared only with their consent.
